Nice location… small parking lot though. You can easily scratch your car when exiting ????.
Rooms are really good. But the swimming pool closes exactly by 6pm… so if u get back late from work;,, u can’t access .

Also rooms are clean apart from the balcony ????. Plus… good views on the balcony

Very dirty place. Cockroaches everywhere. The room didn't have any towels, and when they were asked they brought them out after one day that I've been calling. The breakfast was only carbs, any vegetables available and also they don't give you any drink with it. The TV doesn't work. And they gathered your dirty dishes from breakfast on the next day when they bring the new breakfast. Worst experience ever. Staff is not kind either.

For me i think its a first. I am a business owner in dubai and as per 3 different clients who all would like to stay for a month in dubai. I called the hotel reservation 20 times + on a working day my calls were attended twice and no call back . Its very clear that this hotel is done with customer service.
Good luck with this attitude

In spite of having so many bad reviews about the hotel & staff there is no action taken & they are least bothered Abt customer service & customer satisfaction. I wonder what is the higher management doing about it? Ru guys also sleeping? Hello? Wake up!!! Pathetic front office manager & staff
Worst experience staying there.

I had a quiet stay with my family on a budget yet comfortable. The location and locality is nice and accessible. I didn’t need the staff interaction as all was available in the apartment. Size is Too large for a quick business trip but for a small family stay a definite go to place

Worst! Worst hotel I've ever been to.
Filthy, Dirty bad aura. The Key card for the door to open is NOT WORKING!!! . Bed smells, toilet and room smells. Reception we ask for a towel bathrobe arrive, We had a visitor and they are saying they need to pay for a 100Dhs for them to be able to come to our room. Bad service. Definitely not coming back

This is my honest review.
I’m sleeping with baby cockroaches for 8 nights. It’s a nightmare.
Bedroom toilet leaking with a door can’t be closed.
Kitchen infested with cockroaches and even the housekeeping staffs pour the pesticide powder, makes no difference. Flying bugs flying like fairies all over me . It’s really a terrible nightmare and I had paid 8 days so I don’t have a choice.
Bed is terrible and can easily breaks anytime . Stale room.
The thing that makes me calmer are the innocent housekeepers and maintenance guy.
I hope the management or the hotel owner read this and have improvement .

It is our 2nd time staying in this hotel as it is near with the metro station and mall. For the first time, it is just us adults. I can only say, the wifi is bad. And we didn't stay much in the hotel as we always went out. On this 2nd time, we bought our kids ages 6 yrs old and 9 yrs old. We let them swim in the children's pool. However, the lazy pool staff is shouting to our children due to splashing ( due to swimming ????) and so my brother told the staff not to raise voice to the children, and to raise the concern to us parents, and his concern is just due to Splashes And it is normal that there would be splashes when you swim as it is a SWIMMING POOL WITH WATER????. We never let our children swim in a water without our supervision. Even if we repeatedly tell the children not to make splashes. It is a CHILD, They will eventually forget it and play and swim. He even called their operational manager and whoever is the 2nd black guy. To report the event. It is so, disappointing. If that is the case, they should redesign the children's pool or not to put any pool at all. As the staff assigned in the pool doesn't want to do his job. (to sweep the water splash). The 2nd black guy even went up again and observe the children playing and swimming and I know, it is to justify the report of their staff. When the children, swam again and made some little splashes. He immediately called our attention. ???????????? It shows, how unprofessional they are. What's the purpose of the drainage and mop beside the pool if it is not design for water splashes, and how would you expect the children to swim in the pool. To be IDLE? To just Sit like in a jacuzzi? ????????????
