Tum Tum Asia at Oud Metha is a pure vegetarian pan Asian restaurant but also serves some limited North Indian dishes such as Dal Malkhani, Chole, etc. I guess around 6-8 such dishes.
Honestly these dishes were really good.
The decor is nice, the staff suggested some good Asian dishes but somewhere it didn’t stand to the hype that I had received about Tum Tum Asia.
We ordered dimsum, sushi, soups plus Chole with garlic naan. I loved the Garlic Naan. It was yummmm…????????????

It was one of those places that is truly love at first sight but then fails to deliver. I was thrilled to find a vegetarian pan Asian restaurant serving some really authentic dishes with alternates in vegan options too.

All excited we went ahead and ordered Pani Puri shots, Khushari and Chilly Paneer Bacos. There was a wait time of 20+ minutes which was surprising given that the restaurant was empty.

The Pani Puri shots were a good healthy alternative but didn't really substitute well for the potato filling and tangy water. Khushari came with assorted grilled vegetables coated with a thick and raw peanut coating and uneven grilling. Bacos were the saving grace and although the bao buns were super fresh and light, the paneer filling was oily and not crispy.

The final straw was the staff mentioning the availability of Bento combos casually when I specifically inquired if they discontinued it. They share the Bento menu after our meal and told we should have asked for it rather than them sharing voluntarily.

It was surely a let down but I would probably want to check it again (given the inventive menu) to see if it was a one-off case

This place has been on my list since long. All vegetarian (even vegan and
Jain food options) in a pan asian restaurant.
They have amazing variety.
We tried Khau Suey, amazing flavours and presentation.
Also we had Thai Curry Sum- dimsum with filling of Asian vegetables served along with Thai spicy curry

Super cool ambiance to top it.

I would say the food was okay. It’s a good place of vegetarian and vegan’s. Cost wise moderate.

A great restaurant with cool decor and the return of Ishita the Hostess was a great move. She is very friendly and polite.

The food is amazing as always!!

Vibrant restaurant filled with colorful paintwork on the walls and hippie tables and chairs. Has great ambience.

We tried 3 dishes:
1. Gyathuk Vegetable Soup - fresh and nice.
2. Chow chow Cigars - was pretty cool - would recommend ✅
3. Its Khao suey - utterly disappointed. Strong flavored soupy noodles with just one accompaniment (fried noodles) - so far from traditional khao suey. So disappointed that I’m removing 2 stars because of this dish.

The place is heaven for Vegetarians! Special thanks to the owner & chef Mr. Akshay Nayyar who brought the concept to life and found his ways to make vegetarian food so much fun! They have an immense menu so you're spoilt for choice and their dishes are creatively named that generally tell a story or a feeling. One could say how much work has been put into it. Their dishes are also presented in innovative fashion and they are just so delicious and full of taste. We were served by Kishan who was kind and accomodating to us. I wish they had branches open in Abu Dhabi. Usually when we visit Dubai, we make sure to drop by this wonderful restaurant.

P.S: We tried their Chocolate Burger and it was so filling!!

tum tum asia is a vegetarian restaurant catering to south east asian food. it has great ambience. service is good. food is also good.

Lovely self serve wine bar with a ridiculous amount of choice! They even had self serve beer ???? Really liked that you paid as you went so no need to wait for a bill.

QR codes on the tables for ordering food, bottles or bubbles. However when I went to order a glass of fizz, I immediately abandoned the cart when I saw a 12.5% service charge added for one little glass ????

Wine prices range from approximately £5.95+ for a small glass. Loved that you could pay for little tasters as well.

Lovely self service wine bar! It was a very fun experience with a great selection of wines to choose from. The wines are on the pricier side. There’s a tiny bit of outdoor seating at this branch which looks out onto the Battersea Station. Ordered the Hanger steak sharing plate which was delicious, accompanied with lovely dips and also parsnip chips!

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!! Vagabond wines was at the top of my list of things to do when I got to London. I went last night - and it did not disappoint!!

Jessie, gave us the warmest welcome - found us a table and showed us how it all worked. The food was delicious (we had the mushroom croquettes and hummus) - the selection of wines was mind-blowing!!

Vagabond is definitely my idea of heaven on earth:)

I’m a true fan of all their locations,
this one in particular, that’s why it gets mentions.
It’s an ideal place to release any tensions,
open your sense to evoke sensations.

You get wine, of course, charcuterie and cheese,
and one of the best beef to share, every piece.
It’s and easy operation, is it to success the key?
Well, beware, they don’t serve any coffee or teas.

I love how knowledgeable the staff are about the wines! They really care more about you finding a wine you like than upselling you. The new menu looks and tastes amazing!

It’s expensive per glass of wine but a great way to taste many. Ate for the first time and the pizza was nice. The croquettes as a starter were amazing, would order again.

Went on a Thursday evening rather spontaneously with a bunch of people from work, and I'm so glad we stumbled upon it.

It was very busy, but the selection of wines more than made up for it!

Special shoutout to Melissa who is an absolute star and genius - she found me a wine I'd like first time and it was incredible!

Such a lovely spot near the power station. Great concept - especially now it’s all contactless. Didn’t eat but the food looked great and v reasonable so will be back for food! Wines of all price ranges.
