The customer service was exceptional (I mean, they even provided us with power banks to charge our phones while we dined)! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Now, let's talk about the desserts... They were absolutely mouthwatering! ???? As a cheesecake lover, I have to say their cheesecake was amazing and definitely worth an 8/10 rating. And let's not forget about the sizzling brownie - it was an icing on a cake!

One of the best and peacful point for meeting in Dubai mall.
They have very good options in coffee, deserts and quick bites.
Staff is well trained.
Overall an amazing experience.

Yesterday we had lunch here. Ordered a tuna sandwich. Portions are big and super delicious. Our server was Monica. She’s a true professional. We would definitely go back. The ambiance is beautiful and you can tell how clean the place is.

Very lovely experience! Jackie, Lalaine, and Isabel gave us a very warm welcome. The food is spectacular and very fresh! I loved that they tried their best to serve me my Rose milk cake! Thank you ladies for the stellar service!

It was my first time to try Two at Symphony after so many times of passing by in this area. We tried their matcha v60, hot chocolate brownie and st sebastian cake.

Matcha v60 was good but nothing much special about it. Very normal coffee with just a pinch of matcha.. We should've taken iced americano instead. St Sebastian Cake was good too, not too sweet and not too bland. The revelation for me is the hot chocolate brownie.. This cake is one of the best cakes I've ever had. It was not their signature but it's one of the best to try out!

I would like to thank Zeeshan for assisting us. Thank you to Che, Flora and Sey for taking care of us too!

Will definitely comeback soon!

I really really wanted to love this place and had very high hopes for it but was slightly disappointed. The ambiance, cutlery and overall vibe of the place is great, the coffee was also delicious - yet we gad to wait more than 15 minutes tor it. We started with an almond croissant (they didn’t even bother to heat it) that was mediocre then had to wait more then 30 minutes for our food that didn’t arrive together so i had to wait for my dish yo be ready.
My eggs were cold but the sauce was good mushrooms were well seasoned and cooked. The paratha egg lacked kick of flavor and was almost bland.

Team is taking your phone to write a 5-star review and post it! How many other 5 reviews are fake for this place? It’s so bad as food and welcoming were very good. I don’t recommend it at all. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had so far.
