HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND THEY DO NOT CARE FOR OTHER PEOPLE. THEY STOLE OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT (Like they have with other tenants) PLUS MORE!

THEY ARE EXTREMELY CORRUPT AND WILL DO EVERYTHING ILLEGALLY IN THEIR POWER TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WHILE NOT DELIVERING WHAT THEY PROMISED, which is a safely maintained property fit for humans, they will hinder your basic rights to live like a human. If you like Dubai, these people will make you hate the day you arrived here. Please stay away for your own health, these people dont deserve anyone's money and the government needs to deal with these people ASAP! They don't respect the Municipality, police or laws so even that may not make a difference to them. Just visit their office and you'll understand the poor quality and lack of standard of the organization you are dealing with.

Worst agents and awful building ever (two towers Dubai) lived in. your deposit will never be returned to you as they will charge you for repainting the apartment even if it did not need painting and will charge you more than the deposit. They will make you write checks and then ask you to cash them out and pay in cash instead with the excuse that the landlord lives abroad.

more to that, apartments are too expensive for the area, pool and amenities are disgusting and construction under the building will start at 4AM (forget about having a comfortable night sleep).

My agent was called Noha and will pretend to help you but all she would be doing is selling you dreams and taking your money.

My advice, stay away and a better place.

Don't rent in this building as I never received back my deposit from the landlord of apartment 901...totally unethical and lousy service!!! They earned 190k in 2 years and they don't wanna refund 3200 ...not sure what kind of people are these !!! Total shame shame shame

Fantastic free family activity which takes you all round the town centre. Also acts as an art installation! Get a map and pencil from the library to start, and end at The White House council building for a small reward. Some clues are harder to find than others. Look out for the blue footprints that tell you when you're close.

Really good idea, well done to Leighton Buzzard for making the town centre a treasure hunt. Only one drawback : we did trail on a bank holiday which was quiet. If we'd done it on a normal day or a Saturday it would have been far more difficult to spot most clues.

This is great. Free and fantastic fun for the kids. 2 of the items are missing though. The bird and something through the school gates.
