Unfortunately, i had a pretty bad experience with Taif al emarat. I bought something in the Store at the Marina and ordered online during the Ramadan Sale to germany. I texted them before the order and they confirmed a couple times that i dont have to pay any duties or taxes if i buy 3 fragrances. The shipping to germany was also over 100 Euro. I still have these messages. So far so good, fedex refused so deliver my parcel for a couple weeks because there was no receipt in it. So they asked me to send them how much i paid so they can determine the amount of the duties, Its 19 percent to the EU to germany.
A couple Weeks Later, fedex and customs want 102,97 Euros from me.
So i Text my contact at Taif al emarat and referred to to previous Statement, saying them that they should pay that.
What do they do? Put the blame on me, say that they have sent them a Fake receipt with lower costs so the taxes arent that high (which is illegal By the way) and said Its my fault because i have sent them the real receipt.
They also Lied a couple times in our Chat and say they dont pay anything even though they promised it. Stay away from this Company, they dont keep their promise and they Are treating me, a customer, pretty badly and dont even respond to my messages anymore.

One of my favourite perfume brand in UAE very unique and different.
I purchased my perfume from Fathy in JBR branch. He's really professional and he's really helpful.
Definitely will go back to him.
