It was such an amazing experience at UGT.
The hot air balloon experience was the best and the view from the top was breathtaking????????.
We enjoyed all the entertainments including horse ride, Camel ride, quad bikes and photoshoot with Falcon etc.
You have got such a lovely team who provided us the best service today.

Amazing experience. The whole team was great. I researched a lot about hot air baloon experience but these guys were being very understanding about what I was expecting. From Instagram to WhatsApp to personal face to face experience they were very understanding and polite. We chose UGT to celebrate our anniversary, they were very sweet that they arranged seperate breakfast set up with decorations and cake, along with the included package. From pick up to drop of everything was pretty smooth, ugt is much cheaper and way better than many options I have researched.

Amazing!
It is an experience that has to be done.
Being up there and seeing the hot air balloons was so magical!
I was within the clouds and the silence of being high above was just so peaceful!
I would like to thank Ahmed and Ibrahim as they were such an amazing host and i had a wonderful time.
Thank you guys somuch!
Totally recommend!
