I have been hit by a Arrival ‘ s company bus, I stopped immediately and want to talk to the bus driver, but the driver did not stop but drove away . Lucky my Tesla got full video record. * Ps*: I was drinking my car on my drive way but the bus driver hit my car to avoid the car which parked on the side road on his side.

Colchester Buses are lovely and clean!! they used to be not very nice and uncomfortable to travel in colchester, but now spot on the cleaning team need to be commended as it's made my journey alot nicer. Good work...

There is a driver on one of your no. 8 buses who always fails to stop when signaled although the station is on his daily route and it's not like he's not supposed to stop there (this has happened to me 4 times in the last couple of months). He is an elderly guy who slows down when getting towards the bus stop, then speeds up so you're not able to get the bus reg and laughs at you for not stopping. He couldn't care less that you might be late for work due to his stupidity and ignorance. I do hope your drivers are psychologically tested before being allowed to drive a bus full of people!!! This guy did not seem sane at all and he is also not doing his job properly! Very disappointing service!

Went on the bus in Colchester today & what a difference from when I was last on the bus, they have made a huge improvement, especially on the cleanliness which made it much nicer to travel as last time I was on the bus it wasn’t very clean, so whoever they have got in now to oversee the busses has vastly improved the standard on how the busses are cleaned ????

I'm forced to use their buses as they have the only service running the route I need, the service is shocking.... Always, but always late, even the first service of the day, drivers with 0 customer skills, dated buses... and I could carry on for ever. If you can avoid them then please avoid.

My 13 year old daughter was left standing at the bus stop 5.30 pm in the dark, because she had a drink. Next bus is in 45 minutes. Unbelievable.

Never once arrives on time, overpriced, and they seem to skip some services without notifying. It's a bit of a gamble, only to take if you're not fussed about wasting time.
The drivers do tend to be kind.

Grumpy drivers who refuse to give change,nothing to say that on buses,wonder where or who gets the change theyve kept,when dealing with the public it would be nice uf ur drivers had some sort of social skills.
