DO NOT PARK HERE! It's a scam! Signs everywhere and online all say parking charges from 8AM - 8PM but we have received a parking fine for times outside of 8PM - an absolute scam. Incorrect advertising and parking costs.

Be careful Euro Car Parks will charge you for their own poor management. They charge people fines for having out of service machines and out of date boards on the wall. Park somewhere else if possible.

Please be careful when paying at the Meadows Retail car park as the ground floor is actually part of the Meadows Surface car park. Consequently, despite the fact it's in the same building, the payment machine on the ground floor is only for the Surface, NOT the Retail on the floor above! Therefore, if you are using the upper floors you only need to pay at the exit barrier. Because we had no way of knowing as there were no signs telling you this (the only clue being that the door to the upper floors showed different prices), we ended up paying twice as a result of using the machine and then the barrier to get out.

This is a very bizarre way to operate a car park and without any informative signage must be very misleading to other newcomers.

So tight coming out and no protection on the wall. I scratched my car and looking at the wall i am not the only one that happened to.I won't be using this carpark again

Pay machine signs are out of date; been sent a fine for parking after 8pm. The parking pay and display signs are 8am to 8pm in the outside bit. Have contacted BBC Watchdog, Chelmsford City Council and Euro Car Parks - funny that there are no replies from Euro Car Parks on these poor reviews.

I would accept going there if I had to, but its disturbing, that they have old 20th century adverts & they should put adverts that are relevant to the modern time. Surprisingly less modern than I thought. WAKE UP & MODERNIZE YOURSELF!

Needs some wow factor stores to bring people back to this area. We need BHS replacing. Only Quadrant and John Lewis department stores left. We need Warehouse, Zara and Italian/Spanish shoe shops back. Shopping in Chelmsford should be a wonderful, hands on, try it before you buy it experience.

Disgusting that they have fined me £60, yet paid for it on an online app on phone. Appealed as I had invoice from the car park payment scheme. Plus had my a disabled mother with me and her badge was clearly shown on dash board.
No signs up or ticket machine working where we parked. Hence paid for ticket on phone. To save hunting for a decent machine. I won’t be parking there again whole thing is a scam.

It’s company’s like you, that make people avoid big towns, well done !
