Convenient location but it rankles having to go up so many flights of mostly empty floors due to them being marked as disabled or parent and child.
I'm not criticising the provision of this places, just the number of them.

Why dont they put up obvious exit signs, went round and round 4 times looking for the exit.Wont be going anywhere near that awful car park again,

Great value for a city centre car park. Stayed at the Premier Inn Hotel for 2 nights left car in carpark whole time only charged £9.50.

I was a little concerned about leaving the car in there overnight, but all was okay over 2 nights. The only complaint is the signs or, more to the point, not enough of them and not clear enough.

As car parks go it is is good and clean.
Parking spaces marked for young families seriously need to be refreshed.

Dear lord this car park took forever to get out of.
its the only car park I know of i have to go down a level to go up.
The lift would not work on return.
a payment machine was down
This meant que to pay for ticket then I had to carry a pushchair up the stairs to (parent and child car park bay) yes this carpark has been well thought of when laid out incase of there only cranky machinery not working with a little one makes it a bit awkward.
Reason you have 2 stars is because its not the worst car park in the town and I will reuse when I don't have kids with me due to the price but it certainly reflects on price.

How do you rate a car park? There are lots of spaces +1*. There are lots of ground floor disabled/toddler spaces +1*. The location is very handy to get to the shopping precinct +1*. The spaces are small -1*. Getting in and out is dodgy with little ground clearance on the ramps and poorly marked directions. _1*
