Universal Kitchen

Probably one of the worst places in Dubai. I was so unfortunate to order from Beyond Burger by Universal Kitchen for dinner tonight through Noon Food. Because the order took 10 million years to be ready, before it was even dispatched for delivery. And then I got cold food that did not even taste good. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that they messed up my whole order. Two items were wrong, maybe replaced by the restaurant without even informing me, including a sauce that I paid for which was all spilled in the bag and on the plates of food. Really really horrible. Needless to say, I will never order from any Universal Kitchen restaurant again, and I will tell everyone I know and on social media, not to order from them. Clearly they're not professional and they don't know what they're doing. And after many complaints to Noon, I'm sure the kitchen was aware of my problem but no one even bothered to contact me and apologize. This is why restaurants like these will never make it big or have real loyal customers or even succeed.
