Bought two cycles from them. Brake squeaks and they recommend home remedies. Terrible after purchase experience despite the promise of 6 month free service.

EDIT: I bought the cycle on 13th May, 2023. I have used it on three rides. I have not sprayed or applied any oil yet. If the brakes are squeaking from day 1, this must be because the pads are contaminated by something sprayed on while the cycle was on display at the store. If your sales guy thinks this due to dust, I fully expect him to fix the problem and prove his hypothesis. It is unacceptable for a cycle store to not have brake cleaner. As a service center, he cannot ask me to wash it at home to fix ths problem. What is the point of driving 30 kms for this advice. I called you the previous day and described the problem to him following which he asked me to bring the bike in for service. So, I do not think my comment is unfair.

So far, so good! I went to the shop today and King provided incredible customer service. He patiently answered all of my questions about all the bikes I enquired about.

Got my Pardus Spark Rim Brakes 105 last Aug 29 to be exact. The staff who called me regarding my order was so nice and same as the delivery driver who delivered my 1st road bike. The bike is in very good condition. I checked every edge of the bike and did a road test and all are in perfect condition. Thank you UAECycle and staffs! Kudos to your Team!

If you are not a road racer and looking for an affordable road bike with high quality finishing, stylish designs and reliable parts, UPTEN in Dragon Mart 2 is the place to be. Have explored the so called branded bike showrooms in different locations and was taken aback by the exorbitant prices. Though both my kids ride TREK, i chose UPTEN JAVA and have not regretted it until now. A similar specs bike would cost at least twice the price Upten charges. And majority of those branded ones are made in China too. Hence doesn’t make a difference. UPTEN Road bike prices range from AED 2100 to 10k or more i believe. The models in JAVA, PARDUS are very stylish and sturdy. Kindly visit the place if you are planning to buy a new bike and look at their models and then decide on your own. They also have lovely kids bike and also several choices for mountain bikes. The guys there who helped me choose my bike were Dudu, King and MaC. Thanks to them! This is not a paid post and i dont even know who is the owner. Just sharing the thoughts for the sake of new bike enthusiasts like me. Good Luck.

I bought an adult sunspeed Astro Sora for 2500aed and the main crank bolt broke after a few rides. I checked but this store doesnt sell spare parts for the bikes or brands they sell. Instead of trying to meet their customers needs they attack with replies that are not even correct. I look forward to seeing this company close in the future.

Thank you for great service and excellent customer care. Walked into the shop at 15:00 on a Monday and walk out 10 min later with a brand new JAVA bike. Staff even helped putting my bike on the car using the bike rack.

Highly recommend these guys for any bike lovers
