(1-) There are no marks whatsoever to let you know where you have parked your car. (2) The flow of traffic is disorganised. (3) The car exits from the parking are positioned in an awkward angles (sharper than 90 degrees)

Very good parking for many reasons ..
1st . You have first 3hours free so it's good if you're shopping or visiting someone living in the Uptown apartments,(if you stay more than 3h you pay 10 AED per hours).
2nd. That underground parking safe your car from the hot .
3rd. Very safe and clean .

Worst experience ever!
I had taken my pregnant wife, 1 year baby to exchange an item from brands on 17 august at 7:30pm, it was the worst 2 hours in my whole life in Dubai when i lost my parking ticket for some reason, we searched everywhere with no hope, they dealt with us very harshly, they couldn't even find or speak to a supervisor tonunderstand our case, we are humans after all, we couldn't come from sharjah to mirdif just to abuse your uptown parking, the lady at the office said she will raise the case to her supervisor said his name is Muhammed, however the other lady manager couldn't pick up the phone even, and the staff atvthe office said she is busy! What a misery! My baby was crying my pregnant wife was explaining and yet we hear again and again if you can't find the ticket the issue will be raised to Dubai Police! What a bidvfatal mistake that a tiny paper costs 160 AED for a family ???? and a father dping the best goodness to just survive with that cost lavish expensive life in Dubai and yet find zero tolerance for a humane error. We just stayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes and we asked them to check the cameras and plate numbers to compare the timing we are not lying! But again we have been mistreated with no manager to pick up our issue at our time in the base parking! Worst parking providers, worst parking services ever! I hope someone would really care to pick up our case. We left our phone number and plate number withvthe lady there her name is Khadeija she knows our case very very well.

Plenty of spaces available and free. Not knowing the layout the elevator took us up to a sheshah cafe. Nice aroma though.

Large parking you will always find an empty lot. Mal is not very lively, food court mainly serve delivery apps.

Easy free 3 hours parking, but it is really annoying when people donot pay their fees and stuck by the car exit to pay there. Management has to do something about it. Thank you

Uptown mirdef mall is great ! But shame the parking is too dark, with poor lighting u can barley see anything .. have seen several times people almost getting into accidents because they couldn't see well.
