I can highly recommend this restaurant if you love sea food. It was the best lobster roll l have ever had. Friendly staff and and the prices are very reasonable.

Very nice restaurant with very tasty food. And they have good entertainer offers, which is definitely a major plus! With the entertainer the prices are very good for what you get. The interior decor is nice, though nothing special. The location in the mall is not the best, as there are no windows in the unit, and it's on the way to the cinema, so lots of screaming kids around. However, I will definitely be coming back, because the food is worth it, and the service is very nice and friendly.

What started off great, is now subpar in quality at best. They have changed their portion sizes on some of their dishes without notice and the price stayed the same. The quality of ingredients used is way less than what it used to be (You know that synthetic burger cheese you buy at the supermarket, that's what's used for the seafood mac & cheese dish)... And the time it took for the food to be ready even though their were only 3 busy tables, was way too long (around 40 min). Not sure if this is due to the change in the management or the chef, but either way I would advise against eating their if you're looking for a good meal.

The place itself is good; it has very good prices, a decent amount of options to choose from, and a very nice interior.
However, the majority of the food available is fried, and only a few options are grill. The food that we chose was quite dry (especially the fish and shrimps), and all of the food and the sauce had an odd-tasting spice that slightly ruined the taste of the seafood.

Good food.
Murabbyan was good but it tasted a lot like lemon.
Lobester roll was good. A lot of mayonnaise.
Seafood pasta tasted the best however, some oysters had sand in it.
Overall, I recommend the restaurant.

This restaurant is located on L2 of this mall very next to FabyLand, a kids area and noisy. Why would anyone choose a location this noisy is not explicable.
The menu is diverse and locally envisioned, one example is no clam chowder.
We tried the crab balls (pic) which tasted good, each with thick, soft but gelatinous outer part and mincy interior of seafood tasting part.
Then came in no time the seafood pasta which was delicious, and the traditional fish and chips, each piece hearty and very crisp. All pictured here.
The service was excellent. Kudos and well done job
