I have been a regular customer at this restaurant due to their delicious food, but my recent experience left me utterly disappointed. I placed a take away order, expecting the usual timely and professional service. However, this time was an exception. The order was not even entered into their system, and the waiter left without any explanation. After waiting for half an hour, I decided to inquire about my order, only to find out that it had not even been processed. The lack of communication and unprofessional handling of the situation were truly disheartening. I have waited for the guy in the counter who just started preparing my food realizing it was not yet prepared. Despite my attempts to reach out to the front desk, there was no response. I know normal waiting time is 20-30 min as am usually ordering. I enquirer after 30-35 min of order. This time when I checked with the guy inside counter he noticed no order was in the system. He started preparing immediately as he know me. While I appreciate their tasty food, this incident has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Restaurant has good ambience & great customer service. Variety of options are available for food but taste & flavours can be improved. Need to wait a long time to get our food for take out.

Good food and good service. The staffs are very friendly and nice in nature. Good amounts of varieties in south Indian food especially food style from northern part of Kerala. Tried their meals ???? with fish ???? and Chicken Dum Biriyani in banana leaves. It was tasty ???? and delicious ????.

Had the chattichoru and ila oonu for lunch. Chattichoru is extremely loaded with fish,beef and one chicken fry piece. It's very fulfilling and curries were extremely tasty, especially the fish curry. All the side dishes are unlimited and service was very friendly. Lunch on the banana leaf is very much worth the 10 aed price and you get your money's worth. If ever on a budget and love traditional Kerala lunch,do try their chattichoru or ila oonu. Guaranteed not to dissapoint.

Nannaari sarbath is also really good for the buck ????

Been here couple of times. But recently I had a very bad experience .

Aim to cook properly and serve to people, this will help to avoid food waste.

If you guys did it properly I couldn’t waste the good that I bought from you on this Tuesday.
