I was sold a fake perfume and upon calling them to sort out the matter professionally the guy handling complaints tried to push me away by asking me to contact their online department and when I refused he said he will get the details from them and come back and then never came back to me. I would rather pay extra next time rather than wasting my money on fake products and bad customer service

v perfumes in general have good collection and genuine perfumes quality and I would like to thank the staff for their extreme co-operation and my special mention to Mr. Haseeb for his generous and honest opinion and knowledge of the fragrances and his patience in dealing with customers.
