The service was too slow, it took around 1 hour for them to just confirm whether chicken lollipop is available or not, maybe coz it was too packed being a Sunday evening.

This place is jungle themed cafe. Dark with good seating area, separate cabins which are very cute for peaceful lonely day. Customer service was excellent. People were very friendly throughout the time. Food are served with precautionary measures taken seriously. The following are the food which they had served:
1. Grape mint sheesha- mild sheeshas are my choice. It was good.
2. Cappuccino- good cup of coffee served with mug. Good presentation as well
3. Sweet corn chicken soup- soup served in good quantity. Loved the flavour. Thick and creamy with chicken bits on it.
4. Zinger sandwich - sandwich was very good. Fresh veggies, chicken broasted and bread perfectly grilled. Good quantity with fried fries.
5. Mixed grill- for half a plate served with hummus, garlic paste and salad bowl. It had lamb chops, kebabs and chicken pieces. Flavours were good, cooked well.
6. Cold coffee shake- it was thick coffee and dark chocolate shake for sweet tooth served in the jar.

Overall peaceful place to hang out with friends and chit chat for long hours. Im definitely come back again with my friends

I recently visited at Valley Cafe and had a fantastic experience. As a fan of sheesha, I was impressed with the ambiance, service, and quality of the sheesha offered at this cafe.

The atmosphere and ambiance of Cafe was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and pleasant lighting. The decor was well-done, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment for sheesha enthusiasts to unwind and socialize.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the different flavors of sheesha offered. The sheesha was prepared and served promptly, and the coals were maintained well, providing a smooth and enjoyable smoking experience.

The flavors were rich, authentic, and true to their descriptions. The smoke was thick and flavorful, and the sheesha was expertly packed to deliver a consistent and satisfying draw. The cafe also had a wide variety of flavors to choose from, including classic favorites and unique blends, providing options for different palates.

Definitely not the Valley Cafe that it used ti be, the overall standards have gone down very badly, they don't even serve their special famous pasta anymore.

We ordered Pan Kiwi Vanilla and Orange Rose Mint Shisha. The shisha flavour was very light since the first puff and got burnt within the first 30 minutes only. The brand used for Pan flavour was probably very poor as it did not have its intense flavour. We ordered food also which was outsourced from another cafeteria and prices were spiked up by 20-30%.

Staff and services were overall very good. Staff was very helpful, nice and polite. Ambience was nice and cozy and well ventilated.

It's second my home and old office and really valley decorations + animals + good staff + hi management
