I can’t believe I’ve been in Dubai for over a year and haven’t had these burgers! I had the Big Valu burger. At first I thought it’s small in size but I was so full when I finished it. It’s so filling and the quality of the ingredients is great. Also, the staff is so nice. Sam is very helpful and kind!

Some of the best burgers you can find in Dubai. Everything about the Big Valu is perfect.
Incredible prices for this kind of quality.

And the staff are amazing people. Coming back for sure!

Update 26-05-23

Visited them again and this time they turned out to be terrible. They charge separately for the fries and drink, and the drink was hot as hell. I even raised it with the management who was there, but still, there was no solution other than offering another same temperature drink.

Tried their spicy beef burger from this food truck situated in Motor City. Taste wise it was a good experience and the price range is also affordable.

Got the loaded fries, spicy chicken burger and the caramelized onion burger.

Loaded fries were amazing, the sauce, cheese and the bacon on it compliments the fries well. 4.5/5

Caramelized onion burger, phenomenal taste. I’ve had their cheeseburgers before and this is part of their new additions to the menu, and it’s amazing, and a must try. The caramelized onions with their new Dum sauce? Phenomenal. 5/5 easily.

Spicy chicken burger, chicken was cooked well, the pickles compliment the crispy chicken perfectly, along with the spicy sauce. 4/5.

Valu burger really doesn’t miss, and a lot of new items have been added to their menu, which is yet another reason to come back. Great food, and will be back again and again, and DEFINITELY worth the price.

Discovered yet another impressive food truck serving mouthwatering burgers.

I tried a couple of their burgers in both beef & chicken - ???????????? ????????????????, ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? Spicy 1, cheese burger. Along with that o tried loaded fries, cheese fries and cheese sticks.

The soft bun and sauces make burger very tasty. Not to mention the filling inside. Do give it a try.

Reasonably priced.

I was not even hungry when I was passing by and then that good smell of the burger and fries got my appetite activated :) not feeling bad thou after devouring a whole spicy chicken which was perfectly done. The berries smoothie was another story u need to come and discover it! The good music taste being played outside made me forget it’s summer here in Dubai :)

Hands down, the best burgers in town! This food truck has mastered the art of burger-making. The patties are perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The range of toppings and sauces allows for customization, and the flavours harmonize beautifully. The staff is friendly and passionate about their food, making the whole experience even better. "Absolutely delicious burgers! I stumbled upon this food truck while exploring the city, and I'm so glad I did. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I've been a patient at this Health Centre ever since it opened. I think they offer excellent service and have nothing but praise for all the staff both medical and admin. It is easy to get through on the phone especially since they installed a new answering system that tells you where you are in the queue and the receptionists always do their best to deal with your requests.

They must have a very difficult job and I've witnessed them having to cope with what is obviously a rude and abusive person on the other end of the phone on more than one occasion. Yet they remain calm respectful and polite. The medical team that I've met have all been caring and kind and have given me excellent treatment over the years. I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for them.

It is very sad when someone having failed to get exactly what they want take their revenge by posting a critical review on forums such as this. I understand that the Health Centre are unable to respond to such reviews so we have no way of judging if the criticism is deserved. I think if you find yourself in such a situation it's best to wait for at least a day before taking to the keyboard.

I was recently very unwell and received an excellent service from this practice. The doctor promptly identified the issue and started me on treatment immediately. I am so grateful to the team for providing such an efficient, caring and supporting service. Thank you so much.

The Doctors are very good if you can get through the receptionist. They are not medically trained and make a decision whether you see the GP or referred to A&E, which is already inundated. My father needed blood test results, he's had symptoms for a few days and that might be due to medication issues. They refer to A&E far too easy. What is the point of a GP surgery if you cannot get an appointment with the GP. It is NOT an emergency so why refer to A&E? Just needed further investigation. And referral to A&E if needed

If I could give this "health centre" zero stars I would. Never have I come across a place that have such little disregard for patient health and compassion. The place is so incredibly inefficient. Getting an appointment with the GP takes more than 2 months and you would be even lucky to get that, as most calls are blocked by the reception, who takes pride in being as little collaborative as possible. If you really hate your job this much, then quit! I have been trying to a copy of my medical records for six months and they refuse under the excuse of their staff being very busy. I have additional tests results done months ago that I still don't have the results for. Could be something serious, but not serious enough for them to get back to me confirming the results. Stay away from this surgery at all cost - incompetent staff from GPs to nurses to reception. I would have thought that being in this profession would be about helping patients yet people are treated like beggars/low-lifes. / Simmi

I've been to this practise twice so far since registering, filled out the form online and was then contacted for an appointment by reception. Seems like really good gp to me.

I have been coming here since the place opened. They have also supported me through cancer treatment and I have nothing but praise for the Sheerwater team. Those who really need help get it. What more can anyone wish for.

Rang up for an appointment for my son as we have all been really poorly. Practice manager is amazing and picked up that I was poorly and she made me and my son appt and was seen within 30mins. Amazing service amazing gps no words needed ????

Have been with this surgery for over 10 years and the present team, the doctors, practice nurse and the receptionists are amazing. Have had a lot of issues with the previous receptionist, but the current ones are really helpful, willing to listen and act on, in their capacity. Excellent service received from the team currently.
