Very bad customer service i buy item its 30 dh any where he told me 40 dh and last price hr talk talk to me like iam not coustomer not good at all

Very bad customer service and for example if the actual price of a product is 45 they say us it cost 55 and when we say them I use to get it at 45, they okke last price 50, they are crazy people, and if we ask them to deliver one product, they bring us 2 product and force us to pay the both, very bad customer service

It started well but once they think they have their customers hooked. They are bad at keeping them loyal. Customer service is poor. Never have enough change for delivery so forcing you give tip (which I won’t mind giving it by myself but should be my choice). Plus they failed at replacing a non working vape. I was buying almost every week now going the next vape shop! So many available in the market !
