I forgot my card there. And manager told that it aint their problem with obnoxious behavior. I asked to check camera but he cannot check it. I told -How you get customer if don't care about them. He said -it's not your concern! Approx I spend 5-6k there and I get what I deserve! Disappointment, really don't recommend!

Absolutely poor customer service. Bought this one a month ago . They said it's the best brand and will last for 8-12 months . Started making scary noise after a month . Sounded as if it's going to burst . When asked , they we can't do anything about it . If it's one or two days we would have replaced . High pricing and zero quality and zero customer service .. ????????????????

This guy selling above the market price by at least 55% even this indian guy not welcoming customers... Not recommended at all. i hope this greed will end up with municipality fine..

Do not visit this vape store. They are selling fake devices. I bought three pod devices all of them had issue and they are not replacing them.
