The clothing is high quality, really soft and comfortable. Manish was really helpful and patient, he showed me all the varieties and colours of the style I wanted ( sharara). The work on the kurta was really pretty and overall would totally recommend for partywear.

Over priced products and rude behavior of the sales persons!!! We bought three kurtis and were given for alterations. When we came to collect all three had damages on the hand works. The sales man was very rude and was not willing to accept the third class quality of the product. On the other hand he was saying we peeled off the handwork with nails (for what!!!). We got their manager on phone but he was not different in attitude.

Be very careful with these guys otherwise be prepared to face their rude behavior!!!

Purchased a dress of 400 dhs which required alteration...before the purchase, they will give u all false promises to deliver the product on time and about the tailor....they did not deliver the product on time...and to top that the tailor had done a pathetic job and ruined the dress.. the shop is also not ready to take the responsibility. The customer who spend so much money becomes a fool here.

Product was beautiful but we did not receive it as expected. They took all given measurements and adjusted, however we tried to wear and it does not fit, its way too tight, measurement is completely wrong. What a waste of time and money as we came here internationally. While on our short trip to dubai, we had to do multiple trips to the shop to do the adjustments on the ghagra cholis.

It was a nice experience to shop at varri, as they were having many options according to my choices and price range as well. I am very much satisfied shopping at Varri. The people working there are very kind and humble,they know how to manage clients. A must visit place for traditional and ethnic as well as casual wear for men,women and kids as well????.

Very poor customer service.
They were unable to deliver a product on time and There is No value for customer at all.
We also didn't get our product on time too.
Please look for other better shops nearby.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
OVERPRICED AND OVERPROMISED. DELIVERS PATHETIC SERVOC AND CONDITION.
