They are Cheaters and worst customer service. Basit (sales man) promised ( in ramadan) , if there is a problem with the cloth material..they will exchange it and that's how he guaranteed. I purchased a total of 1400 dhms for 6 dress materials. Out of 6 different materials 2 were poor quality and tore after one wear..each costed me 180 dirhmans and 40 for stiching total 440 dhms.. when I had gone all the way to return/exchange.. they refused and created a scene. Will never again buy from this store.
