I have been using Velvet East for about a year now for my restaurants.
They have been quick, efficient with their communication and very competitive with pricing.

Waste of time

They don’t answer the phone
Then after 5+ minutes they get back to you

I told them I am coming then they say they are closed

The lift is a disaster (will leave the experience for you to enjoy)

My experience of this station was great! This station seemed very simple for the amount of trains that go here, ranging from Thameslink trains that go all the way around the Sutton loop and trains that go into London which are both southern and Thameslink. With some going to Victoria and others to London bridge and beyond. There is bike racks here however as another review suggests you may want to be careful even during daylight hours when locking your bike here. There is also trains to Dorking and Epsom from this station.

This station is step-free and the lifts looked brand new which was a massive bonus and the subway was very clean. Another bonus was the toilets seemed very clean too! This station had quite a nice entrance with bus stops!

Overall, this is a pleasant station! And is great at providing connections to London and other destinations along the line.

It also feels a bit nostalgic. A nice 4 star station! 5 star if there was a few better reviews.

Small railway station. Trains from London bridge and London Victoria towards Epsom. Every half hour there is a train both ways.

Very few staff or none at all. Doesn't seem safe at night. Just a station with 2 platforms and nothing much else.

Station upgrades are nice, occasionally the lift between platforms is out of order, there's no staff in the early am, so if you have a problem your out of luck.

Very small station, few seats and not always someone on duty. No refreshment machines or stands and couldn't find toilets last time I was there but going from A to B is less stressful as doesn't seem to busy.

Lovely old fashioned train station that has not lost its heritage.

My train was cancelled and a member of station staff came on to the platform to personally tell me and to explain how I could get to my destination via a different route so that I could make it to my ferry on time.

Always lovely and helpful staff here. Clean station and now has lifts so it is more accessible.
