We had an excellent experience at Versailles spa. The massage was great and the service was impeccable. The ambiance is splendid but it would be much better if there was a spa music to make it full relaxing. Jane the receptionist was amazing - at the last minute she made our booking fast and easy. She is cheerful and very welcoming. Versailles Spa is lucky with her! Kudos Jane you are doing a great job!

We had a Balinese couple massage just today and it was the best massage we received so far here in Dubai. Our both therapists were so skilled! Also, the receptionist, Jane is very welcoming and assisting even though we mistakenly booked our appointment in their other branch. Everything was perfect, great location as well. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Taking a vacation every couple of weeks to relax and recharge is quite a challenge with hectic schedules, but a good massage can almost do the trick. And Versailles never lets me down when it comes to it!! Relaxing ambience, fantastic masseuses and masseurs and top class treatment - just the perfect package to make my day and charge me up. The staff make every effort to make my experience exceptional. Love this place and will choose Versailles again in a blink of an eye. 5 BIG stars to you!

First time I came here and try their massage service and it was really good! I tried the Thai massage and it was relaxing but at the same time, cracking my stiff body as well. The receptionist, Jane was very nice and friendly. Full of smile and makes you feel welcomed in an instant. The place it self was super clean, smells nice and modern

I recently visited Spa and it was an incredibly positive experience. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming. They immediately made me feel at ease and provided excellent advice on how to best care for my mental health. During the visit, they also had some amazing massage treatments that alleviated my shoulder pain. I would highly recommend Spa to anyone seeking a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

I visited the Spa for the second time as a treat from my family,the experience was amazing I felt all the stress soothed by the Balinese massage ♥️ the team members are so friendly and professional .I will surely recommend your spa

My husband and I had a Thai massage and it was simply AMAZING, we both left the spa with a big smile and had such a relaxing day after that. the receptionist JANE was super friendly sweet and helpful ,my therapist was Pammi very professional and gentle my husband was very happy as well with Nicha. great service. will be going there often for sure :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this spa, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and calming with the lovely smell in the air. The staff was very accommodating and friendly which allowed me to feel relaxed and comfortable. I especially enjoyed their treatments as they were very soothing and helped me sleep well that night. I would definitely recommend this spa for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.
