Excellent Living Area, very Family-friendly, lush greenery, very good connections to all Main-Roads in Dubai and in each and every direction, good overall Management
Only Downside is New and Last Extension is coming in a different (modern) Style of Townhouses - in my opinion not a good decision tondonitnlike this.

Got to be one of the best estates in its class. Beats other areas such as meadows because the houses are newer, and they cost much less actually. Lovely green areas, great Spanish design, quiet streets great for bike riding and skating without worrying that a car will come zooming.
