We stayed at Vida Hotel and it was all amazing experience. All staff are friendly. Good service and wonderful and relaxing place. The interior of the room was so beautiful that it was amazing. We usually prefer to go to the lounge area.
Mr. Adnan was amazing, his service was excellent.Thank you for not missing to ask what is needed. We love coming back here and that's for sure

I just wanted to say thank you for Vida Greek Harbour hotel . The staff was so friendly, The service was excellent plus, the hotel is always clean, so you can feel comfortable and taken care of. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
Mary in particular really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The best service received! Rooms were spacious, very luxurious feel. The staff was especially very friendly, accommodating and made my stay memorable.
We had a long stay for 2 nights in the suit room. Most memorable family time I had.
Special shout out to Dilshad at reception for being so hospitable and meeting all my needs.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Best service received! The room was spacious, very luxurious feeling. The staff in particular were very friendly, accommodating and made my stay memorable.
We had a long 2 night stay in the suite room. I had the most memorable family time. There was a staff member who guided us very well. And his behavior was very gentle. Thanks Mr. Adnan

I am very happy to have found such a hotel. Exploring the food there, the mesmerizing place made me live. I was there with some of my friends, they were also very happy and happy.
And I will not forget to thank Mohammad Adnan. Because Adnan, thank you for exploring good food with us all the time.❣️

Overall the rooms was spacious, but it can be more comfortable if they provided mini bar items, toothbrushes, hairbrush as well, the mattress and billows were uncomfortable . The service was good but we wait for 1 hour for check out staff to take our luggage. The staff was very friendly. Hope they have self parking for smother process in outside area. The benefit you can get if you have U by EMAAR app it will give you good discounts and points.

I would like to provide feedback for the service and support that, one of your lady staff, Mary. has provided last day. She has greatly assisted me and colleges with best hospitality. She welcomed us with a great smile and greeting, that i didn't received from other for few months. Apart from that, i hope she was the one, who served us almost 1 year ago. My client meeting was very important to me and she made meeting very easy with serving drinks while needed. Thank you very much and please keep doing a great job in providing the best hospitality service.
