If you would like to buy luxury and well designed tea cups, coffee cups and service equipments, here is one of the best places in Dubai Mall. Especially Arabic coffee and tea cups are amazing. Most of them are hand made and originally from Poland, Turkey and Italy. Of course under the name of Villeroy & Bosch, no question for quality. I definitely recommend this shop for gift shopping.

Hi everyone! First I have to say I love buying at Villeroy & Boch. I think their products are amazing but the customer service in this place is just awful.

I am from Germany and their are some products you don't get in every country, so I asked my parents to get me glasses for 500€ that I saw and fell in love with the last time I was there.
But one employer was more interested in their phone than paying attention to my parents.
My father wanted to buy 8 glasses but they only had four of this model, so he asked for the four glasses to be put a side and the others to be ordered in so he can buy all of them together. Another employer insisted that my father had to buy the four glasses right away to get four more maybe later.

I am really disappointed because I am really happy with the customer service in Dubai and again I love the products but this kind of treatment especially in a place like the Dubai Mall is in my point of view unacceptable.

Leider was der Service im Laden nicht sehr aufmerksam und die Versprochene Lieferung ist statt Montag am Mittwoch gekommen. Aber erst nach dem ich eine Email und 2 Telefonate führen musste.

Nice big area great for a peaceful walk especially with dogs. Spent about an hour and a half walking around. There is a section fenced off and was confusing where you can and can’t go with there being some private farm land with livestock towards the centre. Car park is rough and small but free.

First time there and really surprised at the size of the heath! I think we just need to be aware of ticks in the bushes and longer grass but looks lovely and clean. Pleased that the areas we walked through had NO dog poo.

First time visit for us, and saddened by the excessive amount of rubbish and dumped trade waste. Best bit was spotting a nice vintage car parked up!

We were there dog training, the parking area isn't really big enough for the amount of people that want to use it, beautiful woodland though

Still closed off to cars due to logging but you can still walk. Trails are tracks with gravel on... suitable for a pram however are some bumpy bits. Currently there's only room for about 4 cars to park. Lovely walk with lots of sunny bits too, it's not all sheltered by trees.

Great walks but there was a fair bit of litter. So take a bit home when you visit and all your own

I took a bike ride here yesterday. Mostly closed off due to logging. It's possible this is temporary and the site will be open again soon. Looks like a decent amount of walks and free parking when open.
