Never coming back after having a horrible experience here. They MAKE YOU but not 1, not 2 but 4 accessories in order to get the IPhone with them!

What a joke! I have to buy 4 accessories that I don’t want so you can make more money and I get to PAY for the phone I want?

Totally unacceptable and outrageous, just go to the apple store.

Its a little bit expensive place but if you want the quality thing its most recommended and the store is well organised with quality products and you can experience new things on the display. You also got the classic music station which is the best attraction and people love to have in home.

I went to this store last June 18, 2023, got a couple of apparels and was given a loyalty voucher that was worth 50dhs and was told that i can redeem it after 5 days. I went back yesterday the 29th and was informed that i can’t use my voucher ( will expire on July 31st ) because their rewards department didn’t update their system or whatever before the holidays and that there’s no one to help us that day. Helen, the cashier told me that she will try to contact the people that was supposed to handle rewards and see what she can do but she can’t promise anything. I can only care less about the amount of the reward but rather the inconvenience we experienced, i thought it was a good deal when i was first informed, even bought one more item to qualify for that reward but as it turned out it was for nothin’.

Got my first turntable and vinyl jazz selection, a little bit more expensive than outside/online shops, but here you ensure you get original items, plus friendly, experienced staff.

Today 09/07/2023 at around 11:20am i visited the virgin stores at deira city center, Dubai to buy me an iphone case AMG orange color which i saw on their website online, when i entered the stored i could find the one which i wanted, So i approached the lady for assistance and said i couldn’t find on rack on the rack, And very quickly replied go check the customer service at the billing counter in a very rude way, Which i dint like but then i ignored and went to the another lady at the billing counter asking the same even she replied go to the same girl over their, i said she said me to go at check at the billing counter, Then a man came to me and said i will check, He said to check online, I showed him the photo of the case which was available on the online store, then he said i will check he went to a display computer and said it’s available in dubai mall go and check or buy online, I said it showing deira city center on website and dubai mall is far for me, i asked him why its not available he said cant you read what is written on website no stock! cant you see in a very rude manner i decided to just drop the plan of buying at walked away, it was very terrible experience shopping, They need to treat their staff to be kind with every customer, Very disappointed

Great place.. not enough new items though.. what was so disappoint was self-entitled, lazy sales attendants.. specially this person from Africa.. he seems not in a zone to assist but yet he is into day dreaming. How i wish I got his freaking name.

Excellent customer service from Virgin Mega Store, Deira City Centre.

I came for a problem with a steering wheel console that I thought was a defect.

- Ayyub was super-friendly and stayed with me until all my queries are addressed.

- Adil and his colleague clarified how to mount the wheel for it to work.

- The receptionist was responsive in sorting out a problem with my receipt. (I forgot to ask her name again to mention it here)
