This was our first trip on Royal Carribean after exclusively using another cruise line. We were on a 10 day cruise. 2adults and one 5 year old. We really enjoyed experiencing a new cruise line and had a good time. The people on this ship were definitely an older crowd. Probably 45 and up and some families here and there. We still had fun. The staff was great. My kid enjoyed sleeping in the bunk that came down off the wall.

I have been cruising for 30 years and we decided to give Royal Caribbean a chance. This is our first day and so far I am not impressed at all. The ship only has 10 decks and few of those only have cabins. Ship looks dated. We got on board at 11:45am, it it is currently 5:07pm, we have left port and we still do not bags in our room. We had lunch in dining room upon arrival. The burger was terrible. My husband's steak was good but they forgot the asparagus for all the people that ordered steak at the table. Most of the crew do not seem friendly as I am used to other cruises we have been on.

Day 2. Going further down on my scale. The dining room, buffet style only opens one side of the entire room(and it's small) at time. I have no idea why. People cram in here. Staff is still not friendly, hardly speak at all. I had breakfast at 7am and went to get a snack at 11am, everything was closed-up.

Last night we went to the main dining hall. I made our dinner reservations for 545 but somehow when we boarded it was changed to 8pm. Anyway, went to dining room on deck 6 no wait, but told we had to go to deck below to eat at that dining level. The same dining room. We get there and the line is over 60 people long. What sense did that make? I NEVER want to get on a Royal Caribbean ship ever again.
We went Solarium to get in the pool and lay in the sun. They wouldn't open up ceiling because ONE person complained about the wind when there was over 50 people out there trying to sunbathe. I have included a picture of that pool.

Older boat - for sure - but our favorite meal was in the Chops Grill, their food is amazing. We had a Grand Suite and our concierge - Jamie was fantastic.

One of my favorite ships. Great staff, friendly, helpful. Not a big ship, but makes up for it in excitement. Ship is very well maintained.

Ett av de äldre och mindre fartygen i RoyalCaribbean flotta, Vision är det enda som tar sig igenom slussarna i Panama kanalen. Fartyget har jämfört med många av de nyare fartygen en mer gedigen träkänsla. Saknar istället en hel del aktiviter som de större erbjuder.

Hemos realizado el crucero con el Vision por el Mediterráneo: Sette, Toulon, Córcega, Palma Mallorca, Ibiza, Cartagena, Valencia y regreso a Barcelona.
El barco es de los más antiguos y pequeños de la gran compañia americana. Hace unos cinco años navegamos con el Freedom of the seas y nada que ver. En el caso del Vision todo un poco decepcionante. Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma. La piscina está siempre sobreocupada, y hay que tener en cuenta que es muy pequeña. Pero el principal problema (de ahí las dos estrellas) lo tuvimos con el camarote. Disponiamos de uno con ventana exterior pra 4 personas: mi mujer y mis dos hijos, de 4 y 7 años. La sorpresa fue cuando comprobamos que la habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio y dos literas, literalmente encima de la cama de matrimonio, a una altura muy por encima de lo racionalmente recomendable para una niña de 4 años. Pero el colmo fue que en las literas hay un cartel que prohibe subir a los menores de 6 años, por lo que, en teoria, debía dormir 8 noches YO en una litera de un metro de ancho. Por el precio que se paga deben entender que es de vergüenza. Obviamente presentamos reclamación pero al estar el barco lleno no nos pudieron dar respuesta.
El segundo gran problema (al final de los días fue prácticamente el único GRAN problema) fue la limpieza de la habitación. Aunque hay servicio de limpieza dos veces al día, todos los rincones, armarios, bordes de las camas, etc, estaban con capa de polvo de semanas. Acabamos limpiandolo nosotros.
Repito: por el precio y el renombre de la compañia, una vergüenza.
