Checkout lines are long and only 1 or 2 cashiers working. Prices are cheap and food is good.

I went 1 week ago i buy food for my cat unfortunately i put my scooter along the entrance of the store then suddenly the cashier shout at me at the middle of the long line and tell keep ur scooter outside then i was shy that time because all the costumers there are staring at me and i tell to him you can talk to me nicely and no need to talk rude i ask the cashier what his name and whats the position of that guy then the cashier said he is the one who is in charge that time was 6pm dated 29th of July forget his name but he is a nepali.

Good prices range. But there are 4 cash register in the store but only 2 involve in the work process in the best scenario. Whenever I come to buy products always, any damn given day there is a line like at least 4-5 people and 1 cash register is operate.

what's worse, delivery drivers are always waiting at the checkout, creating more confusion.

Is it really that hard to keep two cashiers at the checkout? And one more in reserve in case of an intensive period?

Believe me, there are a lot of grocery stores around, I'm not going to endure this chaos.

Very good shop. Quality of most products is very good and prices are affordable. The service is quick and effective and their delivery service is also very effective and good. I would recommend.

Very bad management for delivery, literally they take as a joke ,. Delivery service,
They don't have time for 20 items, i have order today from there, so after 20-25 min i patiencly wait, after that i ask i person how long will take this order, then she check my order she said me this is big order i don't have time for this order ,
Literally I'm shock, how can she said,
Please i request to viva management if you can't handle much order so please don't receive order,
Please understand our job also , our time is most important to earn

Nice shop. Good prices. We like so much to take there chocolates, milk products, meat, cat food, and more. They have good promotions which they can send you in whatsapp. And very comfortable parking where always you can find a place, just 10 meters from the shop.

Until this moment we had been shopping at Viva supermarket because of affordable and diverse products.But we will never come again to this place for shopping because the yoghurt I bought today is 100% expired, even you can see from the shape that has the black sign which means the product is out of date or something wrong happened while making it.The name of the Yoghurt is Bauer from German company.
This isn’t the first time we are witnessing, also before one of my friend’s yoghurt was useless and he was contaminated, but he can’t remember now which brand was that yoghurt.
Really I am very very sad and afraid to consume from the viva supermarket
