Viva Supermarket - one of the newest contenders in the groceries chain - and giving the stalwarts a run for their money. With the idea of pack yourself, weigh at the course yet (formerly weigh yourself) and an array of European brands and away from the run of the mill brands, they have carved a niche for themselves. Looks like this franchise is here to stay and will not be easing the competition anytime soon for the other supermarkets and hypernarket chains. VIVA Le VIVA ????

Good, low priced convenience store. Lot of European standard confectionery and other food items available. Frozen vegies quality is not good. Viva is a value store

All trainee staff. Very slow
One senior staff available is very rude and arrogant

Affordable and very economically priced super market. However the Cash counter person's are quite rude I feel, they don't express any smile or support after billing. They just ignore you after it's paid. This has to change.
