I used to like coming to this place all the time, but not anymore as I’m concerned about the hygiene of the place after seeing a cockroach in this store and albarsha branch as well. Told the staff and they stood without doing anything.

Floor wasn't completely dirty. But quality of goods can be better, but they are all affordable!

I'm highly disappointed with the Filipino lady at the cash counter who is a typical racist. It's very unprofessional and impolite of her to throw back money at a customer and goes ahead to argue that it's the customer's fault. You need to train your staff on customer service and decorum at work.
All customers should be treated with respect despite the nationality. I'm an African and I took offence.
Funny enough, the manager just watched her say "I don't care"

The incidence took time at around 8:30 pm 13th July, go check your cameras and rectify!

I am so disappointed, cashier didn't let me buy anything because he said he doesn't have a change. And he was so rude.
