Worst experience ever.. The one star for store convenience and the setup is good but the staffs are unimaginable. Where do you hire such kind of staff?? Forget customer service the most basic human conversation they're not ready to have. There's only one lady cashier absolute worst, she trained to not to be polite.. mixes everything with other customers stuff doesn't even give invoice. And there's a security guard who's dumb n deaf aced in ignoring humans. I feel this store run by these two.. never going again and recommending everybody to do so..

The staff are good and their treatment is completely different from the viva supermarket in Al Muraqqabat, they are nice and treat customers in a professional manner. I have never had any misunderstandings with them before, they are really good

Fruits r amazing . Every kins of fruits u will find here. All the grocery items r affordable n good in quality.

Good products and affordable prices.. However pick the stuff well as sometimes it might be in good condition however their policy says if you didn't like something you can return or replace it.

In general... I am loyal customer to the brand and I like it most between the other brands of supermarket..

Compared to every other Viva I've been to, this one has the least amount of items and the prices aren't lower than most other groceries in the area, even some offers aren't really offers since they're only 0.5AED less than the normal price.

Prices do change daily, and they rarely have good offers in this location.

The place has a recurring problem with congestion, there are 3 counters but mostly only one will be open until a really long line forms in which case they'll open a cash only counter.

The favorites in this shop are the cheap chocolate which is almost always on offer for 2AED

Also soap and tissues are super cheap here.
