the cheapest supermarket to go if you want international procducts. really affordable and budget friendly. they have two cash counter but only one is always open. i recommend this suppermartket if u want to buy staff for your package, example is they have a lot of brand xxxx perfumes and lotions which is really good smell.

A very nice market. Supermarket with affordable prices. Groceries quality is good since coming from Europe mostly. But you need to check the expiry date because mostly promotion items are expiring soon..

My first ever visit to Viva supermarket in International City was accidental and was surprisingly good experience.
Everything you need in a grocery store but all products made in Turkey, their versions of all the international brands. All the products at reasonable prices. Even fresh vegetables are at reasonable prices available.
Oils, soaps, grains or chips to biscuits, chocolates etc. Even milk and other dairy products under some new brand names are available. Did purchase few snacks items for trying first time.

Nice and clean as it's very new, but you can not find everything you need as other viva branches, maybe because it's new and less clients, I hope it will improve after the mall is open

Since 1 year this branch was open in international city China cluster I was so happy that one of the most affordable supermarket open in front of my building I am leaving just opposite to the super market and I was a regular customer till this morning when I went to buy a toilet cleaner and then after I buy I just request the cashier to change the flavor so he’s start arguing with me and I saw him first time in this branch
After that he told I knew it you will do any drama after buying so I just said brother I’m a regular custumer I saw you first time here how to do know that I’m going to change the item after buying and most important thing is this is first time in 1 year I requested to do any changes after buying just bcz there was a lemon in this cleaner that’s it .. then I control my anger and ho towards fruits to buy a pineapple and I pay 10 dhs for the pineapple and it was 7 so the 3 dirhams coins he give me like a bullet so that’s all I wanted to share with you guys
I also working in a supermarket and it’s a labenese market so I know about Arabs they are little hard but your cashier behavior that was disgusting I never meet a Arab speaking person like this

Viva supermarket is fine.... Also some staff in the international city branch is not good. There is one nepali guy at that branch. One time i bought some products from Shaklan and after that went to viva in china E04 building. After purchasing from viva when i was on the queue for billing. This particular staff member was insulting saying why u didn't get vegetables from shaklan upon seeing shaklan cover in my cart. A lot of customers were there hearing this. What right does this people have to question from where shall we purchase.also he is not at all helpful for any customers always shows he is busy. But in fact he is just repeating the same things always and making him busy in front of others. Kindly build the quality for customers. There is one african guy i guess not sure which nationality how busy he is if we call for any assistance he will be on spot to help us. I highly appreciate that.
