Product is good. Delivery & customer service is worst for Abu Dhabi Emirate. First they delay the order delivery for 10 days and after repeated follow-up the order comes with pathetically rude installation team, they outsourced the delivery service to some unprofessional asian drivers who are just unbelievable. They comes at unknown time suddenly and call you 15 times continuously and yell at customer to come out immediately. After allowing them in to fix the furniture the delivery guy stated asking additional charges for installation which isn't agreed. I never had such pathetic experience ever for buying furniture from anywhere in UAE. Either they should educate their delivery team and hire some professional staff or shut down their business.

Avoid this seller at any cost, else your furniture buying experience will be ruined.

This is my first time buy something from voffov, very good product
and service.
I was looking for a new office chair that looked good and was well designed. They fit the requirement on both fronts.Perfect size, great material, and very sturdy.

Very bad company, stay away from it. I ordered (and paid) three days ago, however, they did not send me any receipt, or any info about the delivery date!! They keep ignoring all my emails and phone calls! I think they are a scam. I am thinking seriously of posting a complaint against them on Dubai Consumer Rights.

I bought one desk and three leather chairs last May. Great quality, my boss love it.
Then I ordered 3 leather chair + one office table 10 days ago, they delivered it to me 6 days later. Great quality too with modern design style.

VOFFOV provide wall art too, although office chairs, tables and other office furniture is their main products.
I found in the Dubai store, there are much more style wall art items I can choose, fashion, morden, elegant style, I bought 7 pcs for my house.

I’ve ordered the office desk.
It comes with defect. And even after this store decline the refund.
Don’t recommend! Don’t waste your money and time.
