We had two cups of Latte that were both perfect. The staff are very friendly, the service is prompt and the cafe was spotless. Best of all though, they let our mastiff in with us.

It's not all about the best coffee and cakes but my dog gets a puppachino and the staff here are so warm and friendly, normally I only support small coffee shops but this is my go to when home ????10/10

My go to place before I start work, the girl with the long blonde hair and has pin badges on her apron is so lovely and friendly and always offers me a key worker discount thank you ????

I use this starbucks quite regularly, but I have an issue with the store not accepting cash.

I've dined in (poor service), and I use the drive thru, which is quite often a poor service, but I keep on returning because I love the coffee.

The staff seem to be poor in customer service delivery, I don't want to assume why; but there's only a couple that seem pleasant. The rest, well, they treat you as though you're a burden and have absolutely no interest in you whatsoever- which is odd for a customer facing based role.

Additionally. To drink in, you will have to clean your own table before you sit at it.

Starbucks Teesbay. An attractive store with first rate staff, a clean and vibrant environment plus quality coffee. A little expensive but nevertheless a pleasant experience.
