I had an exceptional experience at Virandhavan Restaurant in Deira, Dubai. Upon landing in Dubai, my craving for Masala Dosa led me straight to their doors. It was my mother's first time trying South Indian cuisine, and she was a bit unsure, but the staff was incredibly friendly and assisted us in choosing the perfect dishes. They even took care of our dietary requirements with utmost attention. Being Pakistani, I appreciated the warm and caring treatment from the all-Indian staff. I've visited multiple times to relish the authentic taste of South Indian delicacies. While the food and service were impeccable, I do suggest they work on better decor and air conditioning. It was excessively hot with only fans running, making it slightly uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I highly recommend visitors to savor their delicious offerings.

This is a great place for South Indian food. I visited here in the evening and so had Masala dosa and tea. I really felt like eating from a hotel in South India. Food was served with no much delay and the entire hotel atmosphere is decent.
The cost is also reasonable and hence would recommend to try South Indian food.

I'm sorry to say that we had a negative experience at the restaurant. It is certainly disappointing when we were asked to pay double the price for a basic item like tea, especially after they have already sat down inside the restaurant cause we wanted to relax a bit and then the African staff told us you can't sit inside other wise you have to pay double the price of a basic item like tea,
Very disappointing,... very bad hospitality

Since my office was very close this was one place we couldn’t miss for our daily dose of karak tea.
Pure vegetarian restaurant with decent quality and good service.
Their onion Pakodas are very tasty.
Tried their idli sambar as well. It tasted yummm.
People flock for their veg thali and their a-la-carte menu is pretty good and reasonable.

Bad restaurant. No taste in food. Waste of money

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your reply. Only problem is taste of food. We ordered dosa, samosa chat & podi idly. Sambar taste was very bad and even samosa chat was worst. Podi idly was better comparatively. Your location is really best and people are good at the same time if you train your cook and improve taste, it will be helpful to us.

Very good restaurant for vegetarians. Especially paneer recipes and ma ki daal/ daal makhni is superb! To enjoy the air conditioner, you need to sit in the 1st floor of the restaurant, it's very hot in the ground floor. They also have panipuri and different types of chaat but I didn't like that personally.

I had a fantastic sea trekking experience based out of Fort William. Never having heard of the activity before I was apprehensive about whether I would be cope. Most of my communications were by email, but once I had spoken to Huw, I felt very reassured that whatever we did, it would be tailored to whatever ability I was at and I had no more worries.

The trip out to the coastal site (west of Fort William) was very comfortable in the dedicated smart windowed transporter van they use. Kitting up at the site was no big problem and I never felt rushed to do anything, even with the struggles I have with putting on a wetsuit (and I do struggle with those things!). I enjoyed learning about the activity and ecology of the places we trekked and swam across. The use of the floating spearfishing bags to carry your lunch and dry clothes (for the final trek back) is great. Brilliant idea.

At various critical points, Huw focused on giving clear instructions on kit, or the next part of the activity we were about to do and safety points. I felt confident he was assessing my skills and abilities as we hiked, swam and snorkelled across the changing terrain. The wetsuits provided are comfortable and perfectly warm for the waters.

If you like the countryside; if your like snorkelling and marine life; if you have an interest in marine biology / ecology; if you like to have an active part to your day and seeing the mountains in the distance from the sea level... book a spot.

Was there anything I did not enjoy? No.
Was I captivated by the whole activity? Yes.
Would I recommend doing this activity?? Totally!!! : )

We had the most fantastic time with our young children doing this. Lyndsay catered for all confidence levels and we felt so safe in her capable hands. Highly recommend for families looking for some fun!

I had a fantastic seatrek experience with Lyndsay and Huw, they are both knowledgeable about the sealife of the area, we swam through kelp forest and lept off rocks into the clear blue sea. We were even treated to Huw's delicious Brownies mid-trip! Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the Scottish seascape!

We had a brilliant time on the sea trek with Lyndsay - a very unique experience, not done anything quite like it before. The water was crystal clear and there was plenty of sea life to see. Lyndsay was an excellent, knowledgable guide and we really appreciated the flexibility with re-arranging due to bad weather. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone!

I had an amazing time with Lyndsay doing seatrekking together.
All equipment provided, clean, sanitised and were all made sure to be properly fitted to your size.
I would totally recommend to anyone who would like to explore a new part of Scotland from a different perspective, learning more about the Scottish nature and the environment.
Cannot wait for more adventures with SeatrekScotland!

I had a fantastic trip with Seatrek Scotland the other week. As I don’t do much swimming and have done very little snorkelling, it was great to try something different and get out of my comfort zone for a bit, knowing I was in the safe hands of our very competent instructors, Lyndsay and Huw. The excellent day seatreking took us to Peanmeanach bothy, where we topped the day off with a tasty dinner, a fire and a couple of drinks. It was a great experience, and I would love to do it again soon!

We had an incredible time thanks to Lyndsay and Huw at SeaTrek! They took us to a stunning location on the coast with crystal clear waters and rocky islands.

Huw led our group of friends coasteering and was highly knowledgeable - pointing out lots of things we saw along the way. He was also gave great confidence to those in the group who were more nervous at larger jumps. There was no pressure, but the right guidance that let people go from much higher than they thought they could!

Lyndsay then took us snorkeling and this really blew us away. We saw so much so quickly, including fish, huge crabs, seaweed forests and even a lobster! We also thought snorkeling would be difficult with the cold but we were all given amazingly thick wetsuits which worked very well!

Thank you so much and I would highly recommend SeatrekScotland to everyone!

What an incredible experience! A group of us did the sea trek in June and it was amazing. Our guide Lyndsay made us all feel very comfortable and safe even though swimming with masks and fins was new to us. This was a point to point adventure with a destination in mind but we still had the freedom to explore and we never felt rushed. The marine flora and fauna was fascinating and Lyndsay was very knowledgable about it all.
The area is breathtakingly beautiful. Lyndsay had a net that she used to collect any rubbish we found and briefed us to pick up any we saw so it could be properly disposed off. Thankfully there were only a few stray bits of litter but it is clear Seatrek Scotland care passionately about preserving the local environment and wildlife. What a privilege it is to become part of another world for a short time - Seatrek made that possible for us.
