Just bought a great car from here, sales guys were very helpful and the boss was great. They took my old vehicle in px with no hassle. I waited 4 working days for the mot and service to be completed which I found acceptable. I would use them again.

Don’t buy a car from these people
Bought a car from them, waited a month for it to be ready to be told that further things were on order to be replaced
Which we agreed was ok the dates came and went for 1st March emails ignored
Phoned today to say we would collect parts from them to be fitted elsewhere as they were not bothered
Was put though to the rude service manager called us liars, had never ordered any parts
Wanted to bodge the car with further 2nd had cars and not replace with new as promised
They had not even ordered the parts at all
Also when I stated that things that they claimed had been done before we bought it such as the cam belt
had in-fact never been changed as we found out going into the main dealers for Proper service.
Their excuse was that’s the service history that came with the car ?
Again what service history as we never got any from them

Bunch of convoys that use donor cars and make parts fit from different models

And do not keep any of their promises and assurances once money passes hand
I did recommend them but I definitely will not now
And say to anyone thinking of buying steer well clear.

At no point have you told us to come in to sort out the problem today
Only that you didn’t order as
My new as promised to arrive by end of February
and offered old parts today that was not the original agreement

You have already used parts that are not even the right model car as pointed out today on the phone
But your staff called us liars

As said buy the new parts from Ford that you assured r us you had done In February and we will come and collect them and get them fitted by professionals that know what they are doing.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. They made buying my new (to me) Nissan XTrail an absolute pleasure. When Debs car needs changing, probably next year,we will be back. We where made to feel like nothing was not much trouble.

Very good price for our MOT. Got an appointment without too long a wait. You can walk into Dereham town centre in 10 minutes while your car is being done and there is also a waiting room.
