One of the best places I've eaten at, food is great and staff is very courteous and humble, a young man at cash counter "lijo" very friendly and with good sense of humour, they go extra mile in their hospitality.
Thank you Lijo, Mr. Suleiman and all the staff whose name I don't know for making my trip memorable????

I ordered food from your restaurant again today. I had asked for a little onion with food, your manager refused, sir, we do not give all this with food. I was very sad if it has extra charge. I am your regular customer whoever picked up the phone communication was not correct at all.

The availability of disabled spaces was a definite plus, showcasing their commitment to accessibility. The height restrictions of 2.10m ensured that my vehicle fit comfortably within the designated parking areas.

One standout feature was the inclusion of electric car charging stations, which I found to be incredibly convenient. It's encouraging to see businesses embracing sustainable practices and accommodating electric vehicle owners.

Additionally, the Safer Parking Award provided reassurance and a sense of security during my visit. Knowing that safety measures are in place adds to the overall positive experience.

It's worth noting that Level 1 operates as a 24-hour car park, ensuring accessibility at all times. Levels 2 to 6 are open from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM, providing ample parking options during most hours of the day.

Easy to find and signage inside is clear. Lots of pay points - you take a ticket and pay at a machine before you leave. Parking bays are all quite wide so you don't struggle to open the car doors ???? quite a large car park and charges aren't too bad. Direct access to shopping centre and also Travelodge.

Easy to tap in/out for contactless payment without the need for a ticket. Large car park, can be a long walk to the shops. £2.20 for u003c2 hours.

Car owners, beware of the Carwash Company located on level 2 of the car park at the Chimes. My recent experience was a total disaster, and I strongly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.

Their card machine allegedly had technical problems, which resulted in them charging me twice the usual fee. It was obvious to me that this was a deliberate ploy to deceive customers out of their money.

Also, my car was not even clean after the wash! It was still covered in dirt and grime, leading me to question whether they even used soap and water.

For those who have not had the experience of a multistorey car park - as you drive in you come to a barrier which, when you press a button, raises up. One then drives around until you find a space and then you park in it. After you return to the car park you pay a fee. This car park is cashless and once you pay you are able to get out. Just drive to the exit and the clever equipment will read your vehicle number and let you out.????
This car park is clean and appears to be well run. As car parks go it's pretty standard. I quite enjoyed my visit, hope you do as well.

Expensive for what you get. Nothing interesting in the mall or the shopping area at all. The carpark is very basic.
