The young man who was serving only looked up for a second when I asked a question about a bag I'd seen. I had to initiate the conversation at the desk. Never asked "can I help?" The older man next to him recieved a call which he put on loud speaker, it was from someone obviously watching on CCTV, probably the owner. The voice asked why the customer stood in front of them was being ignored. He told the young lad to take the mobile into the office. The bag I wanted was the last one display and was dirty along the zip. I asked if the price could be reduced because I would have to wash it. The older man said "It's cheap enough" without even looking at me. I left the shop in shock at the lack of service.
Realising I wasn't going to find another bag in that colour I reluctantly went back to the shop. This time I spoke to the younger lad. OMG he was so rude and argumentative. Couldn't get out of there quick enough????

Not to good as I have had 2 shopping trolleys from there and both broke after 4 weeks
