This restaurant is a great choice for anyone who loves authentic Afghan/Peshawari cuisine. The dishes are delicious and flavorful, without relying on red chili in most of their food, instead they use green chili and black pepper to enhance the natural taste of the ingredients. I tried their Kabuli Pulao, Grill Plater, Mutton Shinwari Karahi and chicken Peshawari, which were cooked to perfection.

The bread from the tandoor was also fresh and soft, shaped like an oval and called Kandhari naan. They served a special Qehwa (green tea) at the end of the meal, which was refreshing and aromatic. The restaurant has a traditional theme, with a cozy and calm atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, wearing traditional dresses that add to the charm of the place.

I highly recommend this restaurant!

Mutton shinwari is a must try, ????

Meat is fresh.

Well cooked.

To save time order in advance. shinwari lamp karahi will take more than 30 mins to prepare.

Avoid at all costs: Dum Pukht order was a complete disaster with watery broth, repulsive appearance, rock-hard Kebab, and rubbery Naan. Absolutely not recommended in any way.

The Shinawari Boneless Lamb Karahi is truly a gem. The lamb is slow cooked in its own fat giving a delicious meaty flavor. For any one looking to experience delicious Afghani cuisine - I highly recommend this place.

Very good food at the higher end of reasonable price. Don’t be fooled with their 2-person dishes…it’s enough for 3 people for sure. Servers are pleasant and nice. Simple ambience. Mix platter and karai was tasty.

I recently visited Wakha and was blown away by the overall experience. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the staff provided excellent service. The restaurant had a unique and creative interior, and the parking facility was convenient and secure. All of this came at a great price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Very expensive with regards to their food quality. Not recommended as they are really slow and the meat wasn’t tender properly
