If you are a salad lover, don’t doubt and give it a try. It will be your favorite spot.
I love the wrap and salad we had. It’s beyond delicious.
We had:
grilled chicken caesar wrap 10/10 ????
sweet chili chicken salad 10/10 ????
Berry Iced tea 6/10 ????
Carrot cake 9/10 ????

I’ve only visited one café which hailed from South Africa before (Tasha’s) in Galleria Mall and now there’s another which calls City Walk home.
Walnut Grove is a bright and airy café with comfortable seating and copper details which prides itself on providing an authentic South African dining experience.
Eyeing over the menu I was excited to see an all day breakfast option as we were visiting for lunch but can’t pass on the opportunity to order some smashed avocado on toast. WG’s version is fully loaded. It’s stacked high with maple glazed bacon, cubes of feta cheese, sun dried cherry tomatoes and garnished with some balsamic reduction and toasted nuts. It’ll leave you full to the brim.
Another exciting menu item was the South African pizza served on a black crust topped with peppadews and biltong, both famously South African. I like peppadews as they’re less spicy and more on the sweet side.
Everyone knows how much I love a salad and their Parmesan Almond Chicken Salad is of gigantic proportions. The wooden bowl it comes served it could be used as a bath for a small child or pet.
They do a spin on the traditional American Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. It’s not for the faint hearted though, containing 4 types of cheese, one of them being a deep fried wheel of camembert. It’s a cheese overload. Only serious cheese lovers should order this one.

Their drinks menu is also extensive as is their desserts which you can select visually from the counter. Their cheesecakes give The Cheesecake Factory a run for their money in terms of size and flavors. We tried the snickers and mars options with the latter winning over my taste buds. It’s a decent sized portion so think twice before ordering it on your own. Although don’t worry they will let you pack any leftovers to take home with you.
They keep the menu fresh with new items being added all the time so there’s bound to be something to cater to everyone’s tastes. A great place for a coffee and cake or a full meal.

Amazing, so worth it not so expensive but no so cheap either!! Very yummy and I recommend the Siratcha chicken and the peach iced tea. The portions are huge one order is for 2/3 ppl so be careful when ordering but it’s really good and worth it! Would def visit again

Want to Eat Big servings then must visit Walnut Grove.
Tried once and it was wonderful experience. Taste of food is up to the mark.
The serving size of sandwiches and cakes are not normal and one piece is enough for atleast 2 persons. Plus the interior is fully decorated specially their celebration corner. You can book it for birthday, anniversary or for ant special occasion.

I came here for breakfast on a weekend. It was not crowded at all. The outside seating area was closed due to it being hot so we sat inside.

The place has nice views and a good ambience.

I ordered one avocado shake and a Croissant Parisian. I loved both the of it. The Croissant Parisian though however felt like the cream cheese was a little too overpowering, yet it was alright.

Would come back here again soon as they do have 15% Zomato Pro Discount.

Iced tea was nice and refreshing and chocolate brownie desert was nice too.

Main was OK but nothing super special. The menu was out of date as I wanted a pie but was told that all of these items were unavailable.

Great quality and taste of food.
The Hummus was one of the best we had and the Crispy Parma Chicken was really good. However, I really loved their Walnut Truffle Carbonara the most. Also their Peach Ice Tea was very refreshing. A really good summer drink.

I love the Walnut Grove. I have dined there a couple of times and the experience was impeccable both times, even when it was busier.
From the welcome to the service, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Reymar really made my friend and I laugh!
The food is exquisite and the menu quite varied.
