Fujian Future Star Trading FZco, The shop is trading Crony brands but they are giving attractions while products purchase but the products are very low quality. Once problem if we approach the shop they are behaving very bad with customers, asking always additional fee for under warranty products itself. Its very worst on customer care post sale and service. Be careful before purchasing any product in this shop. One star rating is also not eligible for customer service.

January 17, 2023 I went to Wansheng FZCO. Dragon Mart 1.
Row HBL 01-12.
I talked with Mr. Ahmaed, who asked us what we wanted to get chairs. We wanted to get 4 standard size woolen dining chairs.
Mr. Ahmaed told us that he could do exactly the same thing for us and that he had done it before.
As I could not see the chair, I asked Mr. Ahmaed that if I was not satisfied, he could change them for free.
Mr. Ahmaed confirmed me that there was no problem with that.
So I gave my trust to Mr. Ahmaed.
Yesterday I received the chairs and I notice that they are single sofas. This does not correspond to a standard size of dining chair.
I went back to his store and Mr. Ahmaed is showing bad faith by not wanting to refund me or change my size for free as he told me on January 17.
We are French expatriates with my husband in Dubai and we love this city for years but now I am shocked.
A complaint has been filed with Dubai Consumer Affairs.
In the meantime, they still have my 2000 AED deposit and these scammers still don't want to refund me.

Nice guys in the beginning, we bought wallpaper, they came to install and everything started. One of the walls after they left started with stains because of the glue, we complaied and they came 2 days after and did even worse, wall looked like a puzzle.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before my wife ordered a bedframe from here. I would give 0 stars if possible. Company has now been reported to Dubai Consumer Affairs due to their poor service & workmanship. Worst customer service we've experienced before, so highly recommend everyone stays well clear of this 'shop'.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware of the fraud, I have ordered 2 custom chairs but only received one. The second one did not arrive after 3.5 month of waiting. There is no response unless I follow up and each time I would get a new promise down to: " the chair is here they are just putting on legs" but once again no delivery or refund, just more lies. Extremely poor service.

The worst experience in my life, they dont now how to talk to customers, i have visited them and i gave them all what i need in a sofa, they delivered after one month and it was not the same i requested, then i showed them the issues after two weeks of using many issues happened, and they told me it is my fault after i bagged them they got it back and they told me they will deliver after 4 days, but the delivered after two weeks, and still some issues still there, then they refused to fix them.
I will never ever recommend them to anyone, and i wish someone could helped me.

Very bad commercials. Scam on scam, very very very very poor quality of work.
I strongly advise against it.
