The staff was friendly and the bus left on time. The coach was clean and comfortable. The only bump in our road was a pack of entitled German women who were apparently under the impression that the Battle of Britain was still underway and established a foothold on the front quarter of the bus.

1.I booked a ticket,payed but never got a ticket. Complained but never got an answer.
2. Louten to Stansted airport National Express never get there on time because it's wrong what they calculated!

PÉSIMO servicio. Si eres turista y llegas a Londres en avión NO cometas el error de comprar un boleto de ida y vuelta y, si no tienes otra opción que comprarlo, pide que te expliquen cómo reservar tu asiento. Lo que hacen estos ladrones es venderte un boleto es "flexible", lo que no te garantiza un lugar en el colectivo pero no te lo dicen. Tienes que ir a esperar y si tienes suerte alguno te recoge. El problema es a la vuelta, cuando tienes que estar 3 horas antes en el aeropuerto, por ende 6 horas antes en la parada del transporte. Dos amigas y yo esperamos por 4 horas y NINGUNO nos recogió. El representante inservible que estaba ahí no fue capaz de darnos una solución a las mas de 30 personas en la misma situación que nosotras. Y no, no es una exageración, éramos más de 30 personas varadas esperando por un bus sin ser recogidas, por horas. Terminamos tomando un taxi extremadamente caro, para no perder el vuelo. Enviamos toda la información y no fueron capaces de reconocer ni siquiera elmonto total de los tickets inservibles que nos vendieron.
La mejor opción es el tren, es más caro pero al final pagas una vez y no tienes que tomarte un taxi por la falta de profesionalismo de éstos impresentables.
