I've been a resident of this community for a few years now, and I've noticed a significant decline in the cleanliness of the common areas since the new restaurant opened.
The cleaning company that took over the service contract doesn't seem to be doing a good job either. There's too much noise and disturbance during weekends , and the common area is not cleaned left properly.

The restaurant staff has added to the problem by generating a lot of trash / cigarettes. This creates an unpleasant atmosphere for residents and also that smell that makes it difficult for residents to enjoy the common areas.

As a resident, I'm concerned about the impact this is having on the overall health and wellbeing of the community. It's important for the management to take note of these issues and address them soon. The common areas are an essential part of the community, and it's crucial for residents to have a clean and peaceful living environment.

Great family oriented area. Good selection of local restaurants and shopping in general centrally located to go into downtown or towards Jumeirah beach or the Palm

I was there for tayba gourmet , we had a good time there and it's good there is valet parking because opposite to this square there are limited parking slots only

Came here for Wokyo and a haircut. It is quiet here. There are other restaurants and foot massage and shops here. Need more time to develop the place.

Nice and cool area with public washroom but i have to use access card????. What if i really don't have access card???????. Well i do because the Restaurant provided it for me ????. And what if i didn't came to eat ???????
