Very helpful and informative pharmacist. I will usually go here as a first port of call for medical advice, rather than our GP. Pharmacist doesn't solely recommend pharmaceutical solutions either which is refreshing. Very reassuring and informative.

Great friendly local pharmacy. As Cranbrook has grown they have become so much busier but they always make time and have a smile for you, great customer service and very knowledgable when asking for advice.

I have used them for 6 years because I live in Cranbrook and they are convenient. I have been dissatisfied on several occasions and so not feel like they value my custom. They have a take it or leave it attitude.

Where do I begin, complete rudeness from the staff. Judgemental, unfriendly and think that they are above everyone else. I have never in my life seen such behaviour like this from apprent- professionals, have to admit don't feel completely safe with them handling my prescriptions as they think the know best about your illness when a qualified doctors have assessed my situation. Seriously need to become more in tune with there customers or re-think on their job title.... ????

Staff is unprofessional, lying on phone about repeating prescription. Also doesn’t pack all the items from prescriptions, even I asked them if they packed everything. Terrible customer service. I’ve already sending my repeated prescription to another pharmacy.

Friendly, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable. All things that are important in a local pharmacy. The staff here are wonderful and in an age of ordering everything online, it’s safe to say I come here for my pharmaceuticals.
