I had a positive experience with this company, I called them up and dealt with Sultan. He was able to look at my car and give me a fair price right away and he was very helpful and friendly. His colleague Jameel was brilliant and was able to expedite the process at RTA very quickly and there was no waiting around. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to sell their car quickly.

Super disappointed in their service. After the inspection they told me that they will give me a price in 30mins so I can either wait in the mall or just leave and they will call me. I had to leave for a meeting but they never called me.
After like 3-4 days I called Jamil, who assisted me and he said he will tell the right team to contact me and give me the price. Jamil was very apologetic however no one called me till today.
I understand if you are not interested in my car but giving a call and saying that is what is important; PROFESSIONALISM is what they are missing big time!

Don't waste your time with them...

Had a great experience doing business with WEBUYCARSDXB. Really smooth transaction. The process took less than 15 minutes with a very fair market price. Absolutely no hassles for documentation. Sultan the Purchasing manager was spot on with his attitude. Will definitely do business again with them. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, did not even return a call after they tried to push down the value of the car by talking about the color and the fact that it was painted ( a few fixed scratches) , I was easily able to get a better price by talking to direct buyers, don’t waste ur time they will try hard to increase their margins

I just sold my wife's beloved Mini to we buy cars DXB. Professional friendly staff. I thought the offer was very fair in comparing with the others. They also settled my bank loan and gave me the remaining in cash. We buy cars DXB also paid all the fees and the offer I got was out the door without any fees.
