Their AC is not working since over ONE MONTH and they are not respecting their customers by not repairing it. I offered them to get a new AC if Wendy's don't have money and can't afford to repair it. When it stopped working I stopped going there (I was daily customer), after one month I came back (today) and was shocked it is still not working!! Hence writing this review, will never think to visit any of their branches in the world again, as it doesn't deserve to operate, I wish if there is less than 1 star. What a management!!!! Spoiling your name by yourself!!!!!!!

Well this is one the coziest places ive ever eaten a burger at!! Delicious food for a very reasonable price considering its a dubai place, small little outlet in a gaz station next to Benghatti buildings and Marriott Hotel
Friendly staff smiling while taking your order.
Order was fast ( freshly cooked ) and delicious, couple of tables for indoor dinning. You can sit by the window and enjoy the burj khalifa view ( luckily the weather was very wintery so it made my time even cosier ), would highly recommend this joint if your ever in the neighborhood !!

I loove wendy’s !! Its the best fastfood chain ! Theyr only problem is the SAUCES !! The BBQ is SOUR , the cheese is WATERY !! Its a real SHAME !! They gotta do sonething about it

As far as Wendy's go, this one was top notch. Got my usual picky order correct, which is always a win. And it's the only eating place within walking distance of the Marriott.

Food is overly priced compared to other fast food outlets . Taste wise, the food is OK, not great. The lady at the counter was not too hospitable. No smile, no warmth. Wouldn't go back again.

The turkey bacon in the burger is soggy and hard to chew. Suggest they chop up the bacon into bits as a sprinkling so that it remains in the burger and makes eating easier instead of the whole strip coming off while taking a bite.

Just now i ordering burger and they dont have chabge for 200Aed. Its 6pm rush hour and they dont want to get some change or give extra effort to find change. So i transfer to zoom. Buy some things i saw him asking zoom to change 500aed. And he talked secretly to other filipinos and they look at me. I plan to confront her but maybe not worth it.
