I had an amazing stay at Wescott. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive right from the moment I walked in Especially the house keeping staff Mr.Jubair. The check-in process was smooth, and I was delighted to find my room clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I can't wait to visit again and highly recommend Wescott for anyone looking for a delightful stay in Dubai.

Came with family to spend a night and the 2 star hotel exceeded our expectations.

The reception area was a bit packed due to more customers in line. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the procedures completed and receiving the key.

The service is good and they cater to your requests 24/7.

We had taken their breakfast which had limited choices mostly Indian. All the dishes tasted fresh and the only thing they need to improve is hot beverages.

The tea and coffee has to be changed at any cost.

The rooms are new and pretty clean. The corridors smelt pleasant and had a welcoming smell to it.

The hotel has its own designated parking space to it so don’t have to worry about parking charges.

Stayed here for 3 days. The room service is a bit slow considering it's in Dubai.
Located at a place where almost every thing is accessible. 150 meters from the promenade.
It needs to be managed well.
We asked for city view room and all we got was room at 3rd floor that was NOT a city view room. It was covered by nearby building..the manger ensured us that we will get another room, that did not happen either.

Overall experience was amazing, Mr dushyant kumar (from housekeeping department) is really very kind. He was incharged of my room housekeeping and i had a stay for 1 month. He does his duty really very well. Very kind and politely he did his duty
Overall whole staff is very polite and kind hearted. Great service
Though its a 2 star hotel, but they provide service better than a 5 star hotel.
Hotel’s Location is amazing, metro, bus stand, taxi is at a 2 min walking distance from hotel, they provie free parking to there guest.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding room cleaning service at WESCOTT hotel all thanks to Supervisor Anuj Yadav and Cleaner Dushyant Kumar. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. The room was spotless, and everything was arranged neatly. I highly recommend their services to anyone visiting this hotel. Keep up the fantastic work!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the treatment I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The deliberate act of turning off the lights in the sports area while I was present and the lack of responsiveness to my concerns demonstrate a complete disregard for guest comfort and respect.

Furthermore, the presence of highly chlorinated water in the tap is unacceptable and poses health risks. I demand immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent their recurrence.

We have been staying at this hotel for a few weeks. Ankit has been attending to our room with such care. He is respectful, constant, very pleasant, kind and professional. He is a real gem and someone to treasure. Always keeps the room so fresh and clean.

Better Better Better than the antecedent hotel i had. Mr. Vikram the General Manager and Crystal are both very nice (Real People), professionals and knows what they are doing. The room is smaller but cleaner, very acoustic and air tight can't hear anything outside. Crystal gave me the toppest floor and a very nice view of Dubai Creek. Thank you very much. UPDATE: Special mention "Juber" the housekeeper on my floor - the best of the best! And (king) Henry the best associate ever, he just dont secure the place but he helps as it is needed with extra mile. Thank you very much.
