I’ve been using your application for a year to get an order. It was so great and very fast order. 9:15pm June 8, 2023 a lady in the phone called me to tell that my ordered was out of stock. I keep on explaining and talking about any brand of the same stuff i ordered but this lady on the phone suddenly didn’t answered me and hang me in the phone until it gets cut.

Poor service with this people and your application too and If you don’t have on your store you must remove it on app.

Unprofessional cashier (Rohit) while I was clearly in a queue first (with only 1 water bottle), he prioritized customer which came after me, and when I questionned it, he argued and ignored.

Clearly lack of training and professionalism.

The pakastani with the black cap doesn't have any manner to talk with the customer otherwise the service of West zone have the best service I think that pakastani security guard should change his attitude toward the customer.Due to that pakastani security personnel I am unavailable to provide you 5 star.

24-April-2023 @11:30pm- 11:45pm...THE PORK SECTION IS UNATTENDED!! Nobody is around. None of the staff are available in the cutting sections. Despite for calling attention of anyone Ive seen, they are keep telling the same- coming coming! Been waiting for 20 minutes but none of the staff come to assist me!!! Such a waste of time with no assurance if you can get the service you wanted! Poor customer service!

I have visited in west zone supermarket yesterday I saw they are having lot of products in weekend promotions even they have very good online delivery services.I suggest you must visit in any nearest westzone branch or order through online application
