Westzone Super market in silicon heights 2 needs a better supervisor than Marvin.
They just want to close the super market at 11:50 because there bus is waiting for long time. While the time mentioned on google is 12am closing.
They can spend 5 minutes on arguing instead of supporting to their customer who came before the closing time.
Shame.

Staff is good but they are very slow in delivery when u order something via whats app even they are not checking the messages also expensive then other markets

Very very pathetic service i called exactly at 10:10 to order grocery No one came when i called after an hour which was at 11:10 pm no one answered just because they close at 12 am worst service ever… better then westzone are the local supermarkets they come immediately

It feels as something has changed here recently management wise. The prices have gone up significantly. The prices for vegetables/fruits is 50-100% more than any other grocery store.
It was used to be fine before.
Anyways now we have left buying from this place due to the prices.

Too bad service I ordered from west zone fresh supermarket this Tuesday from talabat I am in Liwan queue point, they sent me damaged sunblast kids juice dirty and without straws, I am so disappointed I need to throw all of this juice

the Worst store ever...order doesnt come on time..everytime have excuses for late delivery or sometimes after several follow ups , receive call back after 2 hrs of the order that the delivery will be done next day..like seriously...experienced this 5 6 times...the people in the store doesnt have courteous to talk to the customer and instead blandly say "no delivery today".
Worst customer service ever experienced in Dubai..
